Taking It To The Next Level!
I just finished my 3rd week at Taddah's Fitness Camp and my fitness level has already increased. I love working out and I am always looking for new and exciting ways to accomplish my fitness and health goals.
One of the things I appreciate most about the camp is the opportunity to work-out with others and encourage those around me to stay with it and strive to toward reaching a healthier life.
In a few months I will be running my 3rd Peachtree Road Race and I can't wait to see how my running has improved. I'm not running against anyone, I'm just running the race that is set before me and taking to the level of my personal best.
Watch out Peachtree Road Race because I'm taking it to the next level!
Still In His Presence,
Dr. Toni

That is awesome Pastor Toni. I officially joined a fitness center today. After giving birth to my daughter, it took me a while (too long :) to get my eating habits back under control. So now I am finally turning my attention toward exercise. Good to know I'm not alone! Be blessed
Pastor Toni, this is wonderful. As a health and fitness advocate (and a former group fitness instructor), I'm so proud that our First Lady is being a great example to the body of Christ...to take care of the temple that HE has loaned us. I've been a member of a fitness center for more years than I can recall and there's such a sense of accomplishment after a good workout. I know you can relate. Additionally, I participated in the Peachtree Road Race for four consecutive years 1999-2002, and then life got busy and I stopped. It's too late for me to sign up this year, but maybe some of the sisters of TGCC can make plans to sign up as a group and take on the challenge next year? Thanks for sharing your health journey with us.
